GIS International joins forces with Epsa group

Venturefirm has succesfully closed this international strategic transaction between GIS International (NL/Belgium) and EPSA group (France).

By acquiring this C-class purchasing specialist through its ‘integrated supply approach’, EPSA is further strengthening its profile as ‘purchase offering specialist’. A great synergy case which is beneficial for suppliers, clients and both companies.
